The Fulbright U.S. Student Program is administered by IIE and falls under the Department of State. Funding for the Fulbright U.S. Student Program comes from both the US Government and Host Country and availability of program(s) may change yearly.

Fulbright Info Sessions - Online
These 30-minute info sessions will cover the basics of the program including country and award descriptions; eligibility criteria; and application components.

Fulbright Application Workshops
At the Fulbright Application Workshops, participants will initiate an online application and begin completing it. We will review the application components in detail and discuss the statement of grant purpose and short answers.

Eligibility
Citizenship Requirements: You must be a citizen or national of the United States of America at the time of application. Permanent residents are not eligible.
Degree Requirements: By the beginning of the grant (one year after application deadline) you must have received a Bachelors degree and/or have not received a Ph.D.
Alumni -- including those with terminal degrees (MPA, MPH, JD, etc.) -- are eligible to apply and may use Indiana University as your Institution on the Fulbright online application.
